Felicity Lee

Felicity is an experienced consultant with considerable industry knowledge and expertise in the areas of leadership development, team development, executive coaching and enabling positive change. She has designed and delivered development initiatives addressing a wide range of organisational issues. She has worked for a wide range of clients from across the private sector both in the UK and internationally including Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Telecommunications and Professional Service firms. Her work is underpinned by a strong belief in building the performance of organisations through enabling the talent of its people.

Felicity is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist is a qualified Executive Coach, a practitioner of Appreciative Inquiry and NLP. She is a leading expert in many psychometrics on the market (OPQ, MBTI, 16PF, FIRO-B, CPI, Corporate Transformation Tools, Emotional Intelligence, Six Thinking Hats, Wave, and Benchmarks and is both Level A and B qualified. She is also a certification trainer for many of these psychometric instruments including MBTI. She has a BSc in Psychology and French, an MSc in Occupational Psychology.

Felicity appeared on the BBC 1 documentary "What Am I Like?" The Personality Test in 2004, as a panel psychologist, who profiled the nation using the MBTI and predicted behaviour in a range of settings. She was also the resident psychologist for "The Apprentice 2006", discussing hiring and firing decisions of Sir Alan Sugar and issues relating to leadership, team working and talent.
