Dawn Beadle

Dawn is an experienced executive coach and consultant specialising in the area of assessment and development of leaders and provides coaching at an individual and team level.

She has over 15 years of facilitating and leading internal change and has held a number of senior HR management roles, at both operational and strategic levels. Dawn has successfully led teams and has a solid understanding of the dynamics of organisations and the impact on individuals and teams. The blend of sound knowledge of the business world together with her background in business psychology provides her with a broad yet pragmatic picture when working with both individuals and organisations. As a consultant, Dawn has gained considerable experience of working with organisations to help to recognise and maximise the talent of their people.

She has coached leaders from various levels and areas within organisations, as well as coaching management teams. For the last 6 years, she has successfully managed her own coaching and consulting business, which has provided her with new and challenging business insights and opportunities. She has experience of working within a number of sectors, both private and public and has worked at board level.

As a coach, her philosophy is one of partnership, seeing the coaching relationship as equal, her role being to provide support and challenge, not expert or advisor. She is flexible in her approach and uses a number of ways and interventions depending on the client's need. Dawn is objective, non-judgemental, honest, straightforward, compassionate and caring. By operating in this way, she is able to bring a balance of the 'heart and head'. She also recognises that work and life are not always that easy to separate and when coaching, the focus is on the person as a whole.

Dawn has an MSc in Organisational and Managerial Psychology and is a Member of the Institute of Personnel Development (MCIPD). She is a Graduate member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), a certified counsellor, a member of the BPS coaching section and the European Mentor & Coaching Council. She is qualified to Level B in psychological assessment tools including 16PF; OPQ; MBTI; FIRO-B; Bar-On Emotional Intelligence, People Mapper and Team Management Profiling. She also has extensive experience of using 360 degree processes. She is committed to her own professional development and currently is studying for the ICF accredited Diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching, with the Academy of Executive Coaching.
