David has held senior management roles in Schools, Community Education, Colleges, as an interim Managing Director and is currently the Managing Director of his own business specialising in Executive and Business Consulting, Mentoring and Coaching. He works both nationally and internationally with more than 50 nationalities.

The key themes of David's work are: Leadership and Management Development, Change Management, Organisational Development and Business Performance. He has the privilege of working with world leading organisations in Europe, Middle East, Africa and India.

David has worked with clients from: Colonial Financial Services, Norwich Union General Insurance (ex ITT London & Edinburgh Insurance group), Sun Banking Corporation, Endsleigh Insurance Services, Yell Group. Nokia, Amadeus Technology Solutions (EMEA), A.T.Kearney, Bosch (Portugal, Holland), CarPhoneWarehouse Telecoms, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, , Croatia Telecoms (H.T. Croatia), , First Technology Group (Global), Great Western Trains Ltd, Hilton International Hotel Group (EMEA), 3663 (Global Food Distribution), 3M, Masons (Lawyers), Medair (Global, Humanitarian), Sun Micro Systems etc. David currently coaches at Head of Country level in global companies in India and has designed and runs a post graduate coach training programme pan India. He also has the privilege of working with business owners developing business performance in a number of SME's.

David has a BA degree from the Open University and successfully completed a 3 year Physical Education programme at Loughborough (University) gaining their Certificate of Education. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and a Fellow of both the Royal Geographical Society and the Royal Society for Arts, Manufacture and Commerce. He holds a Diploma in professional counselling and is qualified as a Master NLP Practitioner and Certified NLP Trainer. As a coach, he trained with Results Coaching Systems and completed the Mastery programme in ontological coaching with Newfield Network. He is an accredited Master Coach with the European Coaching Institute, is a full member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and a founder member of the Association for Coaching. David is an accredited Coach Supervisor and holds a Diploma in Coaching Supervision. He is qualified to use many psychometric tests and profiling instruments.

David focuses on positive psychology and building talents into strengths. His work is as an awakener, working globally to support business leaders to grow their human capital to transform the business. He has supported thousands of individuals in their professional and personal development. He loves helping people become fulfilled in their lives and believes that coaching can facilitate and accelerate greatness.

David loves adventure and travel. He is an active squash player and is developing his skill as a woodturner. He is a Princes Trust business mentor and trainer of mentors.
