Christine Griffin, MCIPD

Passion - Christine started her own business as a Human Resources Consultant and Executive Coach in 2006 to follow her passion of supporting leaders and leadership teams to build strengths in themselves and others and develop effective strategies for change. She gets the biggest "buzz" out of her work by seeing the positive impact that a coaching approach has on individuals and organisations.

Senior Leadership Experience - Christine has over 20 years' Human Resources' experience gained in major international blue chip organisations, including BP, Halliburton, Total, Marathon, Cable & Wireless, the BBC and the International Co-operative Alliance.

She has extensive experience of leading, developing and motivating multi-cultural teams and managing the HR aspects of large-scale project start-up activities and re-organisations in Europe, Middle-East and Africa. Having been a member of Senior Leadership Teams for the past 10 years, Christine understands the professional and personal challenges facing leaders. She has specific expertise of coaching and consulting with Business and HR Leaders on strategies for effectively engaging and motivating employees and maintaining morale and performance during periods of rapid growth and change.

Pragmatic Approach - In order to achieve excellence in her work with clients, Christine uses a unique combination of skills and tools to bring empowering results to people:

  • Third Generation NLP - Christine qualified as an NLP Master Practitioner in 2006 at the NLP University in Santa Cruz, USA. With its emphasis on whole system change and developing individual excellence, Third Generation NLP can be applied to organisational and cultural development as well as to individuals and teams.
  • Coaching - Christine qualified as an NLP Coach in 2007 with a highly reputable organisation accredited by the International Coaching Federation. When coaching, she focuses on building a high level of rapport and trust with her clients to help them to achieve their desired outcome.

  • HR Experience - Christine has extensive experience as a Senior HR Manager in corporate and interim management positions. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and Chair of the CIPD Dorking Group. In addition, she speaks fluent French, which supports her work in broader geographic regions.
