Our approach recognises the powerful impact underlying beliefs and assumptions have on team morale, behaviour and performance. We work with the team and stakeholders to surface and agree current and desired beliefs, assumptions and expectations about teamwork and performance.
Unlike many "off-the-shelf" teambuilding programmes we invite teams to co-create the team development programme. This ensures participants have strong ownership and accountability, resulting in a highly relevant and practical experience. - Developing Capacity and Positive Behaviour Routines
Our workshops are highly customised and use multiple learning approaches. These are designed to build productive skills and positive routines that help the team overcome obstacles and strengthen commitment, capacity and results.
