Our 5-star leadership and key talent assessment process is ideal for internal or external candidate assessment, either for selection or development purposes.
During the ½ day assessment, we focus on the following:
Self-awareness
Does the person have good self-awareness about their goals, character and relationships? How authentic are they in the way they approach their work and relationships?
Strengths & Weaknesses
Does the person understand their strengths and talents and how to use these productively and flexibly across different situations?
Is the person aware of their vulnerabilities and have they developed personal strategies and techniques to manage/mitigate these?
Skills
Does the person have the skills, knowledge and ability to consistently deliver their personal best?
Self-confidence
Does the person have the courage and self-assurance to achieve excellence?
Stretch
To what extent is the person striving for personal growth and future stretch? How effectively and efficiently are they able to learn and develop?
The process includes a 2-3 hour depth interview as well as a number of psychological tests. A detailed candidate report is produced and discussed with the client within 2 working days of the assessment.
